Beefcake's 2016 Fall/Winter Log

I've decided to start planning a log for my next "training cycle"; I have an ongoing log running on another site but I would like to have the insight of the BP minds available; also, this forum is relatively protected so I will be putting extra information in here that I wouldn't put on other sites.

STARTING: Tuesday October 11th
GOAL: Rebuild Strength / Lose 30lbs
TARGET GOAL DATE: December 25th 2016
-- aka lose 10lbs/month (~175-> 145)

Supplements: KA, MPS, TQ, BIU, Ephedrine, Yohimbine(considering)
Goodies: GW, BPC157, Var, Aro; Considering: GHRP-2/6, CJC(NODAC),

DIET: Starting on the high end with 2400 calories: 40C/30P/30F (240g/180g/80g)
--I would like to follow a low-carb diet but it is not feasible(or sustainable) for me.
--Considering several Intermittent Fasting approaches, unsure if feasible due to work/schedule

CARDIO: 30-60 minutes AM Fasted; Bike, Row; Mixed LISS & HIIT

TRAINING: 5x5 Strength Training 3x/wk; Meltdown/Metabolic Training 3x/wk
--6 Days lifting / 1 Day Active Recovery per week.
--If I get a gym membership I will be adding a sprint workout each week and maybe adding swimming to the cardio section as well.

How long can you go low carb before it becomes unsustainable, Beefcake?

I've been lifting (5x5, 3x/wk) but the diet and supplement regime has been put on hold due to many life things. Getting bloodwork done tomorrow morning (I hope) so then I should be able to start after that.
