Sure don't, but if you want to stop by Houston, Tx I'll be more than happy to spot you.

Aw man, this isn't good.

Do what you can. Even a sub-par spotter is better than none!

Feast Day 9:

Weight: 203 lbs
Calories somewhere around 3500

BP Workout #3:

Chest:
Bench Press: 155x5, 185x5, 195x8
DB Pull Over: 60x8

Legs:
Squats (A2G): 205x5, 225x3, 255x8
SLDL: 205x8

EDT 1:
Inc. DB Bench Press: 120(total wt.)x6,6,6,6,6,6
DB One Armed Row: 40x6,6,6,6,6,6

EDT 2:
Romanian Dead Lift: 6,6,5,3
DB Lunge: 6,6,5,3

Energy and intensity at the beginning of the workout felt great. Once I got to EDT 2, I started to feel really tired and form for RDL's was starting to suffer a bit, so I decided to cut the block short.

Feast Days 10 and 11:

Calories are near maintenance (~2900). Cardio consisted of HIIT (1 min on: 30 seconds rest for 8 rounds).

Looked at the BP ebook again and realized that I didn't do Workout #3 correctly. I did the 6-8 range reps when I should have done 2-3. I'll be repeating Workout #3 again.

Feast Day 12:

Weight: 204 lbs
Calories: ~3600

BP Workout #3 (repeat):

Chest:
Bench Press: 135x5, 205x3, 225x3 (PR)
DB Pull Over: 80x3

Legs:
Squats (A2G): 225x3, 275x3, 305x3 (PR)
SLDL: 225x5

EDT 1:
Inc. DB Bench Press: 120(total wt.)x6,6,6,6,6,6
DB One Armed Row: 60x6,6,6,6,6,6

EDT 2:
Romanian Dead Lift: 205x6,6,6,6
DB Lunge: 60x6,6,6,6

NEW PRs!!!! My previous best ever on bench press was 225x1. Today I felt as if I could have gone heavier but didn't want to press my luck. I was happy with 225x3. The 305x3 is my best going A2G with the squats. Starting to feel that traction.

EDT 2 still takes a toll on me. Wonder if the DL's and the lunges are too much for my weak core and chicken legs, lol. I'll keep at it and see if things improve.

TERRIFIC!

Soooo happy to see this. GREAT work!

And I think you're spot on in cutting down the EDT work. Eliminate the lunges for now.

This is awesome. New PR's this early (especially of that magnitude/easy) bode well.

Very well :)

Could I run BIU during Feast or is it better suited for Cruise? I've got 2 bottles sitting on my shelf.

If you have enough, I'd consider it during Feast pre-workout and reserve a bottle for everyday use during Cruise.

Hope that helps!

Ok, so things have been going well throughout my Feast. Sorry for the lack of updates, but things have been hectic due to work, holidays, and family life. I have been able to keep a 1on 2off (sometimes 3) schedule.

End of the BP bridge workouts helped me determine a 245lb BP max (NEW PR) and a 335lb A2G Squat Max (NEW PR). My max for a partial squat was 345.

I am certainly feeling the traction throughout the GLP workouts. I am currently at workout #5 (Deload) and have never moved this volume of weight in my life.

Upper body workouts are going awesomely well! This is the most progress I have ever seen in bench press. My previous max was 225lb. GLP workout #4 I benched 240lbs x2

The lower body workouts, on the other hand, have me feeling exhuasted to the point where I can't finish the EDT blocks. A result of my chicken legs I suppose.

I have gained 9 lbs so far and most of it seems to be muscle. I have gained .75" on my biceps alone :D
The compliments are starting to pour in.
