OK man. Clearly, the timing was the issue. Great to hear on the weight as it tells me traction is underway.

Get's better from here. Bet on it.. :)

My weight basically stayed the same today: 168.8

And todays went really well...

250 x 8 for my squat working set.
225 x 8 for my Stiff leg dead lift working set. PR!

For my EDT I did 6,6,5,5,3,Rep Out for Shoulder Press (70's)-PR and Lunges (40's).


Diet wise Im taking in about 200 grams of protein a day along with around 2700 calories.

My supplementation has stayed consistent 6 ebol caps a day, 10g of creatine on workout days, 2-5g on off days, and about 30g of BCAA's for a 3 on 3 off schedule.

Next run I'll definitely be using the 'formula' (as well as the entire 3.0) so it'll be interesting to see how it will effect me differently.
