Doolee's Second BP Run, Recomp Time!

Post by doolee »

Starting famine at the moment.
I usually don't workout in the morning, but things went smoothly, regardless.

Meal 1 (Pre Workout): 2 cups of plain cheerios + half a grapefruit

Meal 2 (Post Workout): 2 nutrigrain bars. Was in a hurry so I just picked them up.

Meal 3: (Post Cardio ><):
Huge salad - 4 cups of assorted lettuce/spinach, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, and cucumbers.
Dressing - 3 tbsp of Olive Oil + 1 1/2 tbsp of Lite Ranch. The ranch was me slightly caving lol.

Meal 4: Assorted Berries + 1 cup v8 juice.

Supplements: 5 fish oil caps at 50 total calories, and a multivitamin.

Total Calories: 1400
Macros: 55g fat, 4-5g protein, and the rest carbs.

The rest of famine was pretty much the same. Didn't have much variety in terms of diet so I figured there was no need to post.
Friday was my last day of Famine, and I am officially ready for some BP STYLE GAINS!

I'm looking to recomp this run, and although 3.0 is not yet available, I will likely eat calories as suggested by Rob's most recent post.
My plan for the next 3 days! Start dosing AN, Ebol, and Glycobol. Eat at 120% maintenance.

Can't wait to see what Ecdy and R-ALA, both known for their recomp effects, can do when coupled with an already amazing program. I hope I do it justice.

OLD BP SCRIPTURE: Written prior to ROB almost dying, 1/28/2011

"Though shalt not consume, competing companies products..."

NEW BP SCRIPTURE: Written after being discharged from psyche ward

"Though are permitted to mix competing companies products. Life is short, and some hedonistic adventures may be forgiven.

Live dangerously... :) :) :)"

=) are the calories about the range I should be aiming for with recomp in mind? You gave it out as a suggestion the other day, and it hinted at 3.0. But I'm not completely sure.
