Fat does not make you fat. High glycemic carbs make you fat, especially when combined with fat. Eggs are a great source of saturated fat, and I love olive oil and coconut oil as well for fat...

I am sharing some useful exercises which must be done with no rest on set, only rest when you have performed first one. Below is a sample bodyweight exercise circuit training workout for fat loss.
Squats
Push Ups
Burpees
Pull Ups.
Eat vegetables and take green tea it is a very best way to loss weight.
