Rob or anybody that can give sound advice for a 53 yr old
Today (8/8/14) is day 3 of the feast phase diet and can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow. I purposely timed this to coincide with my day off schedule. I work 4 days on (15 hr days), and 4 days off. On days off, I hit the gym HARD 4straight days, sometimes twice a day. So on these days, carbs are not an issue.
My question is, on my work days, should I adjust my macros from 40c/40p/20f to more along the lines of 20c/40p/40f while still staying above maintenance cals. I literally sit at a desk for 10 hrs+ a day and my personal experience in the past, if I keep carbs high on these days, it does not work very well for me!!! I turn into a fat a$#.
I have never been able to get good sound dieting advice for my particular situation.....
