Rob,
For the purposes of running the BP program, should I be adjusting my maintenance calories based on my schedule for the day? In other words, during my work days, my maintenance calories are around 1700-1800 because I sit at a desk 8-10 hrs/day.
On my days off, workouts are usually twice/day, so my maintenance calories are 2400-2500.
For body recomp, every other program I've tried, I just ate about 1800-2000 calories/day and let my training put me in a deficit for fat loss along with carb cycling. This worked fine for fat loss but I always end up looking puny!!!
I just want a clear cut, proven method to lose fat and maintain/gain muscle.
I can see myself very soon requesting a personalized program from you....

Maintenance calories clarification...
* Yes, you should be adjusting up/down for activity levels.
There's really only 1 way to know for certain...
Weight yourself Monday in the AM, after using the bathroom and before getting dressed. Record number..
Record calories every day for next 5 days
Weigh yourself Monday under same conditions. Provided you're within a lb or so of Monday's weigh in, divide by 6 and there's your maintenance level. Yes it's a PITA but the next 6 days is coming anyway. Might as well use it to get this done once and for all, at least during this current BP Run...
