Abs

Post by HyperActive136 »

While reading through the BP i noticed that there is not much AB emphasis. Is there anything that can be added for Abs that will still yield good results besides what is already in the BP? If so, which phase?

this isn't really necessary, with the focus on the big 3 (squat, bench, and deadlift if you choose to incorporate it) more than adequately works out your core.

I think Rob mentions doing static holds with the camel balls if you feel you need more. Beyond that i think you would just be forcing yourself to need more recovery time/overtraining your abs.

Correct.

That weighted, static crunch is exactly what's needed to get the core/ab strength up pronto..
