Redgum Part Deux!

Post by Redgum »

OK so after a successful first run, well, I may as well admit it did deteriorate towards the end, perhaps because I wasn't updating my log and counting calories, I was still the same weight anyway, however today my weight went up a bit, (possibly water weight) I am not surprised at all, due to the amount I ate yesterday and day before. I still had good gains on first run, with only minimal supplements too.

This 2nd run, I feel will be harder to keep track of, due to certain social events and lots of things around me changing, I'll try not let it interfere too much, it shouldn't do anyway.

SUPPLEMENTS! (BP Mass Stack et al)

Kre-Anabolyn
Adaptogen N
Kre-Alkalyn
Multi-Life
MASS PRO Amino
MASS PRO Whey
Burn it up!

WEIGHT: 209lbs

It's good to be back logging stuff, quick update. looking forward to see what these supps do.

Ok so end of day 1.

Was fine, workout was good.

6 reps, used 115kg for squats.
Cable rows(used resistance band)

Barbell curl, Dumbbell Incline curl, Preacher curl.

Diet has been fine.

Been drinking vegetable juice all day, disgusting stuff.. my god. Got a litre a day to drink for famine, may have to add Tabasco or Worcester sauce to it.

Potatoes, strawberries, raspberries, banana, apple, little bit of milk, and that's it, wasn't really calorie counting but I think its around 1300, lower than I should be getting but I feel fine.

Not the best write up but Ive been busy and don't have a lot of time!

will update after workout #2 on Tuesday.

Peace.

Yesterday I weighed in at 206lbs

Today I weighed in at 202lbs.. scary.

Ate a few cookies today, felt bad, stressed, not give a shit mood. errgh.

Anyway, still no protein!

Workout went fine, used 70kg for benching. Used kettle bell for shoulder presses, 16kg or near as. Was knackered.

I really want Friday to come faster.. Going to eat so much.

Just need to make sure I'll be taking the supps at right times, need to do a little bit of reading I think.

OK suppose I better update this, apologies for the long absence!

Been so busy, trying to keep up with the programme, it's going OK, perhaps not getting enough protein as I should be, just so so busy.

Anyway!

Today was workout 5 of feast. Weighing 210 lbs! Such a fat ass!

The new PR machine is back. Smashed the reps out.

New Bench PR is 110kg, which is a +5kg increase.
New Squat PR is 170kg, which is a +10kg increase.

Did not do Deadlifts, got to 140kg and didn't feel right, so stopped, really don't want an injury!

So now GLP is starting this week, looking forward to this.
