Allie's 1st Blueprint run

Post by allieninja »

Hey everyone, I’m Allie. I’ll be running Mixelflick’s “The Blueprint” program for the next 10(ish) weeks, starting January 3. Mixelflick (Rob) has customized the program for my goal of body recomposition. I don’t have any particular weights/measurements in mind for my goals, but the goal is to lose fat and gain muscle.

As far as supplements go, I will be using my “staples” throughout, as well as some additional supplements.

My staples are:
- Controlled Labs Orange Triad multi/joint formula
- Controlled Labs Orange Oximega fish oil
- Controlled Labs Orange Oximega greens
- Applied Nutriceuticals Osteobolin-C cissus
- Nature's Science Calcium Citrate + Mag & D
- NOW Vitamin D3, ginger root
- VS garlic allacin, lysine

In addition:
- Biotivia Bioforge, original
- Thermolife E-Bol
- Thermolife cbol creatine
- SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate
- Optimum Nutrition Hydro Whey
- XF Ultra Peptide 2.0 protein
- Scivation Xtend
- NOW Gaba
- NOW Glycine
Plus a couple other things found in "The Formula". Don't know if I'm allowed to post those up yet, Mix have you posted the formula on these forums yet?

The workout portion of my personalized program is based on hypertrophy/recomp. Once I hit phase 2 of The Blueprint I will be doing weight workouts 4x a week, and cardio on off days as needed. This is a plan customized for me by Rob, so I don't know if he wants me posting up the details of each workout. Again, Rob if you can just let me know how much/little can go up on these forums, it would be appreciated.

Measurements (in inches):
- shoulders 41
- chest 35
- bust 34
- bicep 13
- forearm 10
- waist 27
- abdomen 34
- hips 37
- thigh (thickest part) 22
- thigh (midway) 19
- calf 13

Getting wildly different body fat calculations depending on the calculator I use, so I will just post them all up. Using the calculators found here:
https://www.linear-software.com/online.html

- Jackson/Pollock 7 caliper: 18.85%
- Jackson/Pollock 3 caliper: 16.58%
- Jackson/Pollock 4 caliper: 18.06%
- Parrillo Durnin/Womersley 9 caliper: 25.67%
- Parrillo Durnin/Womersley 4 caliper: 24.16%
- tape measure: 23.16%

I’ve heard that the Jackson/Pollock 7 is the most accurate method, but in the interest of being a completest, I’m putting them all up.

Will be taking before photos a little later today.

Thanks! I'm totally psyched to start my run.

Just got done taking some "before" pics for my run of The Blueprint... damn I'm white! I guess that happens in January when you don't put fake color on. :p

Looks like I gained a little fat since the end of the Double-T contest, but not too bad. That'll come right off with The Blueprint. :)

First day is tomorrow!

woot wooit you're finally here.
I'm probably gonna set up a new log in a moment and post the deets from today :D Got the workout in pretty good, and the fast thing I was trying sort of flopped, but I'm still within blueprint parameters!

Have fun with your famine :D

So day 1 of famine is over and behind me. Managed to keep within my calorie & protein range, and busted out the workout pretty decently. Felt like I didn't do enough afterwards, but I'm going to follow this to a T, because I trust Mixelflick.

Here's the workout:

(after some warm up sets)
superset: squats/1 arm db bent over row
squats: 105x6, 5, 6, 4
db row: 35x6, 35x6, 40x6, 40x6
bb bicep curl: 45x6
incline db curl: 20x3 into a drop set of 15x3, didn't realize how hard this exercise was, couldn't squeeze out any more reps with 20s so immediately picked up some 15s and finished out
standing db curl: 15x6

Only taking my staple supplements during the famine period as per Mix, no fun extras just yet. I took:

★Controlled Labs Orange Triad multi/joint/digestion, Oximega fish oil
★Applied Nutriceuticals Osteobolin-C cissus
★Nature's Science Calcium Citrate + Mag & D
★NOW Vitamin D3, ginger root
★VS garlic allacin

Today is an off day, I'm assuming I'll start being real sore later and getting real hungry :p

Hey Allie -
When you're done your famine, I want to discuss some things with you. I have some ideas about famine and how it may be different for women, but I'd like to discuss them with another female before presenting my thoughts to Rob :p
