quite a big stack there. I am curious to see how it goes. Are you going to take measurements or just go by weight? What about pictures?

I am going to keep an eye on weight.. prob post it once a week.. and I will do pictures too.. I dont know about the frequency..

Also I will measure my waist and navel with tape measure and post once a week too.

My stacks always end up being bigger than I intended..
In my defense I was going to do a 12 week run soo the supps would be a lil more spaced out.. that was before I realized my body REALLY doesnt like to go hard for more than around 8 weeks.

Your objective measurments (i.e. weight loss), is spot on...

Meaning 1lb/day loss or thereabouts...

Great work, Street-dreams!! You've done this before, but it bears repeating - HEALTH FIRST!!

Otherwise, great example right here folks, and one which to strive to emulate.

Sweet-dreams, showin' us how to perform a textbook Famine!!!

doing my bodyweight exercise famine again.. its killer..

You might not think that there is anything to an all body weight workout.. but my buddy in the National Guard taught me differently.. definitely stress inducing.. also convenient if you don't have access to a Gym.
