BP 3.0 1st Full Run thats not a Beta

Post by Hank! »

Age 46
6-3 , 254 (Monday 5/23)

I have run the cycle now either 5 or 6 times, each time adding strength (some runs more than others). As a true Meso, adding size is easy but always with the addition of fat. I really dont care about size much anymore , nor is strength that much of a factor . I want to have an aesthetically pleasing physique.

Started famine phase on Monday keeping calories around 1500-1600 per toady with minimal protein intake (like under 20gms)
Worked out Monday and Tuesday with focus on increasing intensity from each work out

Weight dropping about a lb or so a day, sitting at 251lbs(Thursday 5/26) this am.

Diet has been a lot of spinach, cabbage, broccoli , garlic, grapefruit, apples, strawberries, blackberries, smores, cupcakes , coffee .

During famine I have used the following supplements:

1 Super Cissus RX and Zyflamend for joint support.
2 D3 10,000 IU
4 Fish Oil
5 ProBiotic

During the Feast phase I will be using:

1 Super Cissus RX and Zyflamend then Animal Flex for joint support.
2 D3 10,000 IU
4 Fish Oil 6-8gms a day
5 ProBiotic
6 E.Bol
7 P.Bol
8 C.Bol
9. Vasolate / Combat Powder/ True Protein Hydrolyzed/ Karbolyn

Thinking about and need opinions on

Transdermal DHEA
Lean Xtreme
Resveratrol ( R-Spray)

Thanks

Hank

Dont have any body shots, here are pics from last week of april

Looking forward to this run!

Cupcakes and smores? I like the sound of that!!!

I've taken Lean Xtreme before. It was last spring. I dropped 3% body fat in 4 weeks. My diet was perfect though. It wasn't fun, haha.

I feel you on the size gain, its easy for me but always comes with the addition of some fat. I decided to hell with it, and I would try and bulk up as much as I could and then cut down to the appealing physique as well later this summer, leading up to my wedding.

Day of of famine

Weight was 248.7 lightest i have been on a while

Holding up good, I usually do 4 workouts during this phase and I did feel the effects of low cal yesterday, high paced workout, all super sets no rest.

Today is my 10x10 squats, then I will pee on my multistix and see how things are looking.

Update

havent workout yet but Multistix show signs

30 on protein
15 on ketosis
1.015 Specific Gravity (also a sign of protein in urine)

Great work Hank!!

Do look into the trans-DHEA. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!!

Hope that helps, one of my all-time FAVORITE Believer's... :)
