ROB's new interview

Post by Justin »

Hey guys here is Rob's new interview on super human radio :)

https://www.superhumanradio.com/componen ... ow_769.mp3

Hey Rob I had one question about your interview and that was when you mention Mauro dipasqualo, doesn't he argue that low carb is the best however in 3.0 carbs are reccomended to be at 60%

Thanks a lot Rob.

Rob does it once again. Congrats on the great interview. No doubt that you'll get plenty of new orders for the book from people hearing the interview.

Thanks guys, and you're VERY welcome. I spread the love where I can... :)

With respect to Dr. DiPasquale, yes and no. Meaning he advocates a CYCLING, ketogenic diet (low carbs M-F, HIGH carbs Sat - Sun.).

I think it's a GREAT diet, for some people... Those that oxidize fats well, will do well. Those that don't, won't.

Pretty simple... :)

Thanks guys...

These interviews are "live", uncut/unedited and they feel so natural. You know, when you're talking about something you love and feel strongly about, it just flows.

I'm not sure what prepared me for this, other than living it most of my adult life. Being able to articulate your points, convey useful information and give people the tools to obtain their goals in life is an important skill.

Took many years, but I'm happy to say the day is here. You guys deserve the credit, for giving me the confidence to do this. Life ain't easy for me right now, going through a LOT.

You can't keep a good man down though, and I will NEVER give up. Certain "other people", keep trying to throw the towel in. Oh no, no no. There is no wearing the 5Faces of Fear(tm) down. No surrender, no retreat and absolutely, positively no defense.

On January 7th, at precisely 9:17PM EST in the Dino's sub-forum here, I foresaw all of this in the following thread; "2011 and Beyond, We're Playing Offense..."

https://bodybuildingsupplements.com/ ... php?t=1057

You see, I sensed the war was coming. The war is here, is ongoing and will be ongoing for the long haul.

It is a war I will win for myself, for you and for everyone on board with me. To quote my closing line in that thread;

"Take that to your 2011 bank..."

Super Human Radio is one of my favorite podcasts. I first heard Rob on it, and also on the BodyRX show. This is how I heard about The Blueprint... ultimately leading me to purchase the program last week.

Thanks guys, will be on again today (10/6). With respect to the BodyRx show, I'll have to check it out. Are these replays of SHR? I don't recall being on The BodyRx show.

Then again, may have been one of the other 5Faces of Fear(tm)... :):):):):)

The BodyRX show is hosted by Dr. Scott Connelly. Rob, you were on show #18. Funny though, the podcast website seems to be down (https://www.bodyrxradio.com/). Here's another link to that show:

Rob was on Super Human Radio again (https://superhumanradio.com). Great interview.

SHR #830 - Round-table discussion on strength and hypertrophy acquisition part 2

I especially liked Rob's tips regarding the bench press and barbell step-ups. Check it out.

Thanks man!

This is turning into a great series of shows, and there's much good info we can all benefit from. Sincerely hope everyone can take something away from our discussions. Going to be a whole lot more comin', too... :)
