GREAT work man!

I wouldn't worry too much about the DL, especially if it was on the same day? If so, that's EXHAUSTING, and quite a bit of vertical compression of the spine. Too much, IMO (at least at my age).

I've moved on from Squats to Russian Step Ups, with a barbell or hip belt squats, but it goes along with being old and lame... :)

No, the two workouts were on different days..

of note though is that I started famine at 170 I think so I am up close to 19 lbs.. (some water weight) but still significant mass gain.
