How much weight did you lose during famine? Maybe you weren't eating enough in those first few days of feast... how are things going now??
Ive been super busy and I left days out rather than guess what I did. I am currently sitting at 185lbs as of yesterday.

I lost 4lbs during feast (down to 181) but I normally gain back almost all the weight I lost during first 3 days of feast..

as far as progress its still kinda early to tell.. I do seem to be getting stronger however weight is staying the same and I am having trouble seeing loss from waist or navel definitively and Im sure the TTA(water retention) isnt making it easy to see my full progress.
I'm note the same exact thing on my 3.0 run so far. Getting strong as f;)k (for a small guy like me) but no real weight gain. Only up to 163 lbs from 155 lbs bodyweight and thats where i was pre lower back injury 3 months ago I am now doing one day of hiit cardio on the recumbent bike and noticing my upper and lower abs showing now with no loss in muscle mass. I have pre feast pics and will be taking post pics too for feast and cruise so hopefully I can pick up the pace. I think 2.0 is more for size and strength and 3.0 mostly recomp. BY THE WAY BRO, whats your height?

Great run!

The fact you're getting strong as hell but weight is staying constant, say something. Something about doing it justice? :)

This is EXACTLY what should be happening folks. Fat doesn't move bigger weights, muscle and a razor sharp CNS does.

Can't wait to see where this winds up!

since my knee still isnt cooperating I am ending this 3.0 lifting pattern and switching to a more traditional lifting pattern and doing DL as my primary lift instead of squats to see how it goes..

Bicep curl 25 x5 30x5 35x5 40x5 45x5

doing me some Convict conditioning.. taking it slow(as slow as I can)starting on level 1 on all excercises.. moving on to level 2 on a few which will have made 2 weeks at level one at least for all..

Some of the exercises I will hangout at level one for awhile though.

What are your initial impressions of Convict Conditioning? I'm considering doing it exclusively for a while due to my back injury.

If you start at level one and take it slow it looks like it will take a very long time to get to the advanced levels with the earlier levels not putting much stress on your body... Id say go for it..

I figured I would start with whatever level is challenging for me rather than start at level 1. Thanks for the insight.
