Fasting workout

Recently I've been working out in the morn fasted as outlined by Ori Hoffmekler. I'm wondering if it would be more productive if I use BCAAs before.

This wouldn't truly be fasted a W/O & might not 'scavenge' the damage proteins & other benefits as he mentions. Or maybe should this fasted W/O be done occasionally? Just a thought.
