Ways of making a PR block?

i want to make my own PR blocks. but i'm just not sure how i will do that. Does it need to be an antagonistic muscle group? or is it okay to pair the same muscle group. for example dumbell incline presses to cable crossovers? any tips guys?

It should be antagonistic muscles. For more info, see Staley's Escalating Training Density plan (blocks put together specifically for muscle gain). Also take a look at the "Sample Feast Phase workout template" which is in the BP training section of the forum.
