Hi, I am well,an alien here I just want to extend my appreciation to the admin for accepting me here! Thanks guys.
I want your suggestions about maintaining fitness level. How many of you do cardio, yoga or mediation for maintaining their fitness? Which one you found best way for getting maximum health? Advance thanks for your useful suggestion.
