I just started week 8 on the BP, it spells out 3 work outs chest, legs, and back. It also shows 2 work outs on the bottom tabs upper body and lower body. Should I just follow the upper and lower body work outs or should I be doing an upper body, lower body and a back work out? Also there is not much work just for biceps should I be adding anything for the arms?
