Blueprint great investment !!!

Post by lost1 »

I did first run of blue print pretty much exactly as described in manual calories pretty close sometimes a little under and sometimes a little over (I like Ice cream). Im not a big fan of cardio but stuck to plan. I had never used static holds before or even herd of the until the blue print. At the end of blue print I used the bench-press German loading pattern#2 I was very surprised at the end of the GLP I went from a 300 lb bench press(barely) to 335 lb personal best!!! I think I could have gotten more but I work out at home and thats all the weights I have. I'm 45 years old 5'8 and 195 lbs and stronger then I have ever been in my life. On another note my blood pressure is down below normal and has been running slightly high for years. I listen to Super Human Radio every week and just wanted to say thanks to Rob and Carl for introducing me to blueprint.
