Love the feeling of people watching you when you are moving some heavy weights. I think some of them were thinking I was going for a max rep, nope busting out 4 straight. New PR was nice. Can't wait for the max test day!

I guess I need to get caught up here. I have hit all of my workout through GLP1. Just did my max test for deadlift today.

New personal best of 425 Pounds!
I am happy about this lift. I put 20 pounds on my max in 6 workouts.

My bench press max went from 245 to 260. Not my personal best but definitely up there, and the heaviest it has been in almost 6 months.

I feel like I am at my strongest right now. I have never been this strong in all lifts and at 6% bodyfat.

I am going to go staight into GLP2 now. Looking for more gains.

I will try and post more workouts as I go.

Crushing PR's is the best motivation!!
