New info on HIIT, more power/VO2 max..

REAL interesting findings here.

Shorter sprint periods vs longer generated a lot better VO2 max/power in these athletes, vs. longer ones. These were trained cyclists too, so take that for what it's worth.

Any cyclists have input? I know John does those century rides, 100 miles/kilometers or whatever.

Crazy, but then again he's in world class shape. Quite literally...
