Garlic Powder: More test, less cortisol and better nitrogen

Yep, it elevates testosterone, diminished cortisol AND results in better nitrogen retention. Let's hear it from the people who eat garlic!

Can anyone read this meta-analysis about garlic and male fertility: <A HREF="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22943423"> Impact of garlic feeding (Allium sativum) on male fertility.</A>

The abstract mentions garlic impairing testicular function. Might not be something to use like a supplement over extended periods of time.

Like all supps, I recommend cycling Garlic if using it to boost test, muscle growth etc.. My 2 cc's... :)

I seriously doubt even heavy consumption of garlic in cooking would have a negative effect, but force feeding it as a supplement perhaps could.

One thing we've seen very often over the years is soy being a dietary culprit in low T. Remove the soy, and magically Test starts to increase.

Adaptogen N can work wonders in accelerating fertility restoration in these cases, too.

Agree on garlic in cooking having least likely negative effects. Soy is indeed a culprit in lowering T. So too though, is aluminum in anti-persperants/deoderants.

Something to ponder...
