That is some kind of superhuman recovery.
Mike on the clip is where I want to be. Highly trained with all workouts giving gains, no wasted workouts.
Even a dummy like me can figure that recovering from more weight moved more frequently is how the pros get huge.
I'm getting in on this.

I am up in all lifts with 5 pounds added muscle mostly upper body.
It happened fast some think it is me getting on roids.

Thanks.
My diet was not and still is not perfect but Synthagen has made me much bigger and stronger.
I need to get rid of pizza and add more protein, but the thing about nutrition optimization is true and I'm the proof.
Going to get some of the Mass whey next time with a twin of Synthagen and cut junk calories.
