John "Mr. Wrestling II" Walker underwent successful bypass surgery on Friday in Charlotte, NC. He has been hospitalized since the first Sunday of August, so get well cards for one of the all time greats would go a long way.

MR. WRESTLING II SURGERY UPDATE
It was actually Mr. Wrestling 1, Tim Woods, who was in the plane crash with Flair, Valentine and David Crockett.
Woods came back two days later to make an appearance to quiet rumors he was on the plane. He was of course, but a babyface hanging with heels? Can't let that get out in those days of strict kayfabe.
Woods went as far as giving the medics a false name for the same reason.
He passed away several years ago.
Not to slight Walker in the least, though, he was also tough as nails and was quite a shooter himself it is said.
