I agree with 5.0stang.

Personally I do better with 2-3 weeks off after a BP run. This isn't 3 weeks off from exercise but rather the heavy lifting that comes with a BP cycle.

I am actually doing it almost 4 weeks after finishing my last BP run. I have had to take some time off from the gym due to work/life so it seems like a better time than during cruise.

I plan on doing the full 6 rounds this time with the Magnificent 7.

I am going to run this again this weekend. This time I will do the full 6 rounds.

I'll report back and let everyone know how it went.

I think the problem with BP users is that most of us are doing this doing cruise. Cruise is a time when your body is trying to solidify gains you made during feast. This does not really lend itself to crazy muscle growth. The CNS and body are still playing catch up. Doing a workout with the total to...

I also have a white tongue which has become more pronounced lately. After checking a few traditional chinese medicine websites the consensus seems to be that the white tongue could be the result of something simple like the time of year or season. I pulled this from a CM website... Seasons of the Ye...

I ran the program 11 days ago and have not seen any increases in size since then.

I did 5 cycles of the program as recommended and bought the "Cadillac" version of the magnificent seven.

Did anyone else have success with the program?

I'm sorry guys, but I know your standards are high. I need to be absolutely sure it falls into the 2.0/3.0/Synthagen "awesome" category. Making sure this is the case takes time. It's the diet I'm stuck on. Not everyone is going to be able to pull off a CKD/The Diabolical Diet it too rigid...

Re: BP 3.0 supplement stack query

a) I know abt KA and AN but in which phases would I use these - Feast OR Feast and Cruise? b) Would the KA on top of the Creatine I have be overkill? c) I know KA + AN have synergy but if you had to choose one (cost reasons), which one would it be? Thanks a bunch everyone ~Krib Here are my answers ...

I would also look into supplemental magnesium. Life Extension Foundation is doing a lot of interesting research using magnesium threonate to treat alzheimer's. It is something worth checking out.

I have had the same problem. Too many BCAAs at once make me feel really sick. I have found that I need to drink 20+ grams of BCAAs over a period of 1-2 hours sipping slowly. Do NOT drink 20+ grams at once otherwise you will feel terrible. Also adding carbs to your pre and intra workout meal/drink wi...

I registered but won't be able to make the time. It should be well worth 10 bucks just for the workout and supplement information.

Is there benefit to taking Synthagen with coconut oil? It seems like the EFAs in coconut oil would extend the benefits of the RCE in Synthagen and would not block the absorption of the amino acid matrix. Also, I took my first dose yesterday with my biggest meal of the day and felt a very strange sen...
